Mad-Merch Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mad-Merch furniture! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Here's how our 30-day free return policy works:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • You can return most items purchased from Mad-Merch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
    • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
    • Assembly of furniture must not have been started.

2. Initiating a Return:

    • Contact us via email at [Your Email Address] or phone at [Your Phone Number] to request a return authorization number (RMA).
    • Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Packing and Shipping:

    • Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all parts are included.
    • Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.
    • Ship the package back to us using a reputable carrier. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
